We found that their estimates of time and cost we’re right on the money. They are very creative in solving complicated problems that are not typically seen. What was particularly unexpected was the degree of enthusiasm and creativity they brought to solving unusual unconventional problems. We own a Deck House, and they have intimate knowledge of Deck House construction and peculiarities.

They also coordinate extremely well with all of the subcontractors, and are very discriminating in making sure that all the people we worked with were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our time.

We have been extraordinarily happy with the results. We bought an old Deck house that needed a huge amount of work and TLC and Seth and his father Steve were able to resolve all of our concerns. Beyond all of the outstanding qualities noted above it’s also been a true pleasure to work with Seth, his father Steve and his daughter Amelia.They have a wonderful camaraderie, they enjoy their work together, and they each bring their own skills and talents to the team.
